I finally did - last weeekend. One of the things I did was look at a non-scrapbooking picture and try to do a page using it as inspiration. Here's the picture:
And here are the two pages I did, using different elements of the picture as inspiration.
The first, i drew inspiration for the buttons and the underlying design of the page - kind of like the lines in the picture a little?
this second page is inspired by all the white space in the photo and the clean lines.

Great LOs and great idea! I like the inspiration photo. I SO need to scrap. It's been too long. I just told Wade over the weekend that I need to take certain nights during the week (when we usually waste time watching TV) to go in my scrap room and play. I just feel guilty like I should be with him every night. He understands though and wouldn't mind. Tonight may be the night. LOL
